Discover this charming 2-bed gem in Waynesville, The Gateway to the Smokies. This open floor plan Cottage has a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed as well as a Hideaway Loft with access from the Living Room. The Loft is furnished with a Double bed with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With a European Bathroom, Heating, AC, WiFi and a Washing machine and Dryer, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We think our place will help you experience everything the Smoky Mountains has to offer!

You understand that no children under 12 are allowed to climb up the Sleeping Loft without adult supervision. Children over 12 as well as adults understand that the responsibility and liability of climbing up and down the Ladder to the Sleeping Loft is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from either access or egress from the Sleeping Loft.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from either access or egress from the Sleeping Loft.
