This property was perfect for our club meeting; our needs are not extensive. It is a work in progress but it was clean and functional. The kitchen wasn't equipped as well as it could have been but with a griddle outside and a WalMart just a couple miles away, we made due. There isn't any internet access and cell service is poor at best. I reserved this unit four months early and was able to make initial contact with the property host but no response to messages afterwards. I was a bit apprehensive that the place was legit but the property caretaker was on site when we got there and he took care of all of our needs. I will certainly consider this property in the future.
