We stayed here for one night with a dog. There is not a frond desk, which we liked. The telephone number worked well and the staff was responsive. The room was clean and spacious. We found a few spiders and we couln’t get into the store with our code. Location was great and we saw a lots of dogs.

I made this booking at the very last minute. The room was lovely and is ideal for accessing Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as the wineries in Nelson County. Bed was comfy, bathroom good, and had a microwave and fridge. There is no on site staff, which would not have been a problem except I booked very very last minute. Contacted the hotel via hotels.com and email to get my room code. That process took 2 hours or so which was reasonable. Only issues during the stay were that my code did not -work on the coffee room and the AC unit in my room was noisy. Did not try to resolve since I only stayed one night. Still, was very good value for the price and would book again.
