Because we used hotels.com, we were given a room on second floor near the end of hallway on the freeway side. Very noisy! We asked for close to elevator on first floor. Plus there were many toddlers running up and down the hall, all on the second floor. Ice maker was not working on our floor, had to go to first floor. The breakfast was excellent.

I was there with my 2 7-year old great-granddaughters. They loved the pool. The pool hours were great. The organization of the large breakfast room was confusing and the coffee was in the lobby. I had an accessible room and was very disappointed with the full size tub. I needed a walk-in shower. Also there was no coffee pot in our room. Lastly, me (in my 70s) and 2 little girls had to struggle getting our things to the room because there were no carts to be found.

Mishap when we stayed my 77 yr old mom went to get in shower and the shower curtain rod fell off wall and hit her arm. The clerks were concerned maid knew about it too and said "again" . Other than that everything else was good. Breakfast staff was great and upbeat.
