The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a lot of room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds. All rooms have ceiling fans. The family room is well put together with a fire place and ceiling fan. The kitchen holds everything you need to feel like you're at home. There's washer and dryer along with blow dryers in each bath.There's Internet and Wifi and Keurig Coffee for your use, along with a waffle maker. There's a patio on the back with a large back yard for grilling and family gatherings. The house is located in the city limits, 5 minutes from downtown Waycross Ga. It's 5 to 10 minutes from the hospital, and less than a mile from all major restaurants. It's less than a mile from Walmart and Hatcher Point Mall, and located less than 5 minutes from CSX Railroad. It's located 12 miles from Laura Walker State Park And Golf Course and Lake. It's roughly 12 miles from the GREAT OKEFENOKEE SWAMP PARK. There will be a 5% Hotel/Motel tax with a $5.00 transportation fee added to your stay. The State of Georgia makes this mandatory effected July 01, 2021 not the home owner. Exceptional Customer Service

This adorable home was perfect for my family and I to visit when came to see our relatives. The home was super cozy and clean and was just what we needed. The home owner responded to any questions or concerns I had immediately. The price was great and we are looking forward to staying here again next time we visit our cousins:)

As Described

The property was as presented in the pictures. There were also amenities you expect in a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise, i.e., lotion and soap. The kitchen was fully stocked, all the way down to common seasonings such as oregano, paprika, garlic and onion powder, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet, easy to navigate and close to needed amenities. The house was freshly cleaned and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely book again!

3 Day Golf Tournament

This house is exactly what you see on VRBO. We were in town for my son's golf tournament and did not want to stay in a hotel. This house is perfect for 4 to 6 people. Very clean. The house has everything you need, and I mean everything. John, the host of this house commutated perfectly. We never had to guess about anything which makes the stay that much easier. I would definitely stay in this house again when in the area.

Amazing house!! Definitely a home away from home!!

Outstanding property!! Very clean and John responded promptly when we happen to lock ourselves out of the house!! He is a wonderful guy to rent from!! One of the best and I rent about 20 times a year for work purposes!!
