We loved our stay. Beautiful property and Mr. Ray is an excellent host. We really enjoyed playing cards on the patio and watching the goats. We will stay here again when we come back to Waycross!!

Absolutely perfect!! Very clean!! Location was perfect for any one. Mr Ray answered any question I had with in minutes. We got to meet him while feeding his goats, very nice man! I would 100% recommend this cottage and I will be staying again!!

Ray was an amazing host. Very responsive and accommodating.It’s a smaller “guesthouse” on his farm, yet had privacy. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Highly recommend if staying in Waycross.
