Was gross, smelled horrible, roaches in the room, staff was completely rude to my other guests just for asking if the pool was open, I’d recommend just sleeping in your car then going here

Made reservations when we got there was told that no room was available due to maintenance issues. But offered to charge us for a more expensive room, even though it was their fault that they didn’t honor our reservation, but did not even have the common courtesy to text or email or call to say that there was no room available did not know until we showed up to check in.
