Check in was horrible. Male who checked us in was rude, inattentive and shouldn't be working a front desk. We prepaid or would have left. We went to get towels later and he was still there and we left without towels. Apparently his phone was mor important than multiple customers waiting. Road noise was loud due to construction. Hotel was good, however one person can destroy a trip and he was it.

Really close to I-35

My issue

There was a significant hole in the restroom that had been present for an extended period. When I notified the staff upon checkout, they were immediately aware of the issue and confirmed the specific location.
