We arrived in town the afternoon of the booking and property manager never sent the door code to access the property and never responded to messages from myself or VRBO. VRBO did refund our money but we were left scrambling for alternative accommodations and ended up only being able to find hotel rooms half an hour further away. When I booked this house, there were no reviews. When we arrived several weeks later and were ghosted by the property manager, I saw 3 reviews in the past few weeks. One of these reviews described the same thing happening to them, property manager didn’t provide check in information and they had to find alternative accommodations. Book this property at your own risk!

CAUTION. We were never able to check in. Never received check in information. Reached out to host through VRBO, text and phone calls. VRBO representative tried to reach and they did not answer or respond. Thankfully VRBO cancelled my stay and is refunding the total paid. Thankfully I was able to find another place elsewhere quickly for a group of 12 people.

As expected. Was very spacious for what our family needed. Pool was clean and enjoyed. Gameroom was great for everyone. With the gameroom door closed, we could not hear the kids yelling about who was winning ping pong. Parking was sufficient.
