The room had a really musty smell. I’m not sure what it was. Maybe the air conditioner filter needs to be changed. The faucet in the shower was incredibly hard to turn on and off. As far as breakfast I don’t really expect much from hotel breakfast. The room was clean and property was well kept.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed the night in

Hotel smelled musky from entering. Staff attentive and respectful. Room also spelled musky. Definitely not well maintained. In desperate need of a remodel. The picture of the desk chair I will attach. Should give you the impression of my room.

Paid for the room ahead of time and booked for two days, knowing I’d be getting in late on the first night of the booking. At the time of check in I’m told they did an audit and my room was cancelled. How is the room I prepaid for canceled? I didn’t reserve it… I paid for it knowing I’d be getting in during the middle of the night. The woman assisting my check in was very kind and helpful. The woman assisting with my check out was nasty and had an attitude with me immediately. Acted like it was my fault for not checking in before 2 a.m. As if I have a curfew or something.

When you walk in to the hotel it has a weird smell that is not pleasant. The breakfast could also be better. They really don't have a lot of options and once breakfast is closed they even take the coffee away which sucks.

Not as happy as last time

Stayed in room 220. The room smelled very musty. The shower kept dripping and the lock on the door was loose and missing screws. The pillows were terrible and we woke with stiff necks. We overheard the person in the room next to ours say they had mold.
