The shower was weird but OK. The TV would only show local news and the cooking show. The wall AC control displayed "Needs batteries". The below-window AC unit could barely heat the room up to 72F the first night. And the AC made squeeks during the night. (Maybe as a motor started and stopped?) The coffee maker was positioned under the microwave oven, where it could not be filled with water. The 2nd night was better. The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk clerks tried to help.

There was a huge water leak where they had to turn off the water, which i understand is not their fault, but they could have called the guest rooms and let them know what was going on. Then when we called regarding there was no water, the front desk lady was not kind or professional at all. We asked if she had an idea of how long it would take to turn it back she responded with “I don’t even know”. We stayed for 4 nights and even though I requested rooms service to clean the room daily, they never came until I went to the front desk to complain. I called the front desk on our first night and asked for an extra blanket. The rude front desk lady responds with “You gone have to come get it.” When I replied “Oh ok there’s no one to bring it” she responds with “yeah we ain’t got no one so if you want it you gone have to get it yourself”. There was an Indian lady at the front desk on our last day and she was very sweet and kind and professional.

Room 305 was mostly okay. The chair and ottoman were terribly stained to the point that I didn’t even want to touch it. The rest of the furnishings were good and appeared clean. I think the shower must have had some work done on the supply lines or something because when I first turned it on the water had black in it but eventually flushed too clear. We had a comfortable stay and the staff was great.

Overall it was a good stay. The beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. It was quiet and in a nice area. Our only complaint is that the TV didn't work... it kept going out. I guess they were tranaferring to a new service, but the result was we weren't readily able to use the TV. Quite frustrating. We did call down and they did come up and attend to the issue and were able to get it to work... but this was an added inconvenience.

Had to go down to the front desk four times during my three day stay because my key card would not open the door (did not keep my card next to my wallet or phone, it’s just an antiquated system that doesn’t work well) Very annoying. Also, maid service did not come to the room once during my stay. Thought it was just an anomaly the first time so just ignored it. But, then it happened again. Won’t stay here again!
