The home is beachfront as advertised. The pictures are misleading and old. You will have to navigate 25ft sand dunes to access the beach.The home appeared clean at first glance. However, we found dirty kleenex behind a dresser and under the couch. Food wrappers and a pill under the couch. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Almost all dishes in the cabinets had dried food on them and were dirty. There was a dead bug in a utensil drawer that appeared to be a cockroach. The TV stand was draped in cobwebs and dust. There were several small tables in the home that were covered in sand and dirt. 4 of the 8 beds had been made with linens. 1 bed had linens thrown on top of it and 3 beds had no linens. Just a bedspread thrown over top. Of the 4 beds that were made, 2 had clearly been slept in previously and one of those had dried feces on the sheets. Of the 3 tvs downstairs, only 1 worked. They all had multiple remotes. We changed the batteries ourselves in the other 2 but it didn't fix the issue. It took 3 days for someone to come and fix this issue. Vents throughout the home and baseboards on the lower level were covered in mold. Some mold had been painted over. We had breathing issues while staying here. There are things broken in the home that need repair. I have reached out to Vacasa about the issues we had with no response. I would not give this company your money. They do not care! I hope the homeowner sees the type of management they have for their home.
