Pack light, because this beautifully designed home has everything your family could want in a vacation cottage. Revel in this ideal, oceanfront location and catch amazing Outer Banks sunrises from the many furnished sundecks.

This oceanfront home features outstanding views and plenty of amenities. The well-equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, will delight the chef of your crew. Outside, you can indulge in a post-beach swim in the pool, a soak in the private hot tub, or an afternoon barbecue on the grill. The fun continues in the game room, with a pool table, a TV, and a granite-topped wet bar.

On movie nights, relax in front of the TV with a home-theater stereo system. There are seven TVs (all of the bedrooms have smart TVs), a DVD player, a stereo/CD player, and free high-speed WiFi for your laptop.

When it's time to retire, retreat to one of the five bedrooms (including four primary bedrooms), each of which has access to a furnished deck. The second-floor primary bedroom has ocean views while the top-floor primary bedroom features a private sundeck.

When I text the local manager about the amount of damage that was there when we got there, he blew it off as no big deal. HE is the one who should have written a report on the damage we would encounter.

Awesome beach access and amenities!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be so close to the beach and have the pool and hot tub at home as well. If the owner could add a runner or rug of some sort water absorbing item outside of the bottom exit, 2 people fell when exiting the hot tub. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would come back!!

4 Day vacation with 3 other couples

It was nice for all 4 couples to have a king bed and bathroom. The house is 4/5 level house with no elevator. Was tough lugging kitchen items and bags up 3/4 flights of stairs. Next door had an external lift for bags/groceries/etc.

Horrible management

Specifically wanted a home with a heated pool. Confirmed with their management co that we would have it prior to arrival. They states it would be turned on24-28 hrs in advance. Upon check in pool is freezing. All week promises someone would come out. No one ever did. They state once they place a “ticket” with the local team that is all they can do. This home is managed by Vacasa if you look them up you can see all the negative reviews. This was a very upsetting week as we had no heated pool and this was very important for us. It was the only reason we booked this home. The hot tub was a joke. Dirty rotted clip to remove ( almost impossible) then a very heavy covering with a broken bracket to try and place cover on. Took 2 men to remove. But the water was … not very clean. Location for area is great. I feel for the owner paying this management co who does not show up. Were there for 6 nights.

Relaxing Stay

While the weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed the lovely beach views and relaxing home. The hot tub was wonderful and when we did have good weather, the short walk down to the beach was perfect. Comfortable beds and clean home. The wifi and TVs were great for our really rainy day. :)

Beautiful sunset!

We had a wonderful time. Swam in the pool and loved the hot tub. We chose it so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Walked to Morris Cafe and DQ.

A Family Vacation

I will start out with the positive. The beach is a pretty easy walk and it is beautiful. Everyone enjoyed spending time there! The pool was nice as well. Many hours of family time there. We also enjoyed the hot tub! The house was spacious and had room for all of us to do our own thing or hang together for meals or games. Now the negatives. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a grill available for us to use. We knew that coming in but I thought I’d mention it. The outside is in desperate need of some love. There were weeds growing up through the patio around the pool and the front yard was in need of love as well. All in all we enjoyed our time there very much. The location is great but make sure you bring your groceries with you since it’s a bit of a drive to the grocery store.
