6/10 Okay

Our room was run down. Maybe that was because it was a room that allowed pets but the walls were all scratched up, the bathroom had muddy footprints on the floor when we first walked in so it was not very appealing. The staff was super nice and friendly, but the hotel definitely needs a refresh.

Room was clean and the bed is nice. The TV is pretty small and we could have used some heavier covers for the bed. It’s nice that we have an individual air conditioner for the room. (Hubby likes it COLD.) The breakfast was just OK, but the coffee was good. The service at the front desk was fine. The guy wasn’t overly friendly, but he did his job. It might be the only place to go in this city, but it gave us a place to rest our heads for the night.

Reasonably clean. The bed was great, shower great. We had a suite with a kitchenette. The sofa was the absolute most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Be aware that the kitchenette does not include any cookware whatsoever. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was what you would expect.
