Pet Policy
✔ We welcome up to one (1) house-trained dog of a non-aggressive breed, at least 1 year old and weighing no more than 40 lbs. Sorry, no cats or other animals.
✔ Pet approval is required prior to arrival. Please contact us and provide proof of a current rabies vaccination and veterinarian-approved flea and tick prevention.
✔ A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay applies. Pet Rules must be followed throughout your stay.
✔ Dog bowl and towels are provided for your convenience

Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Pet fee - a non-refundable $125 fee per stay
