Filthy. There was blood on my sheets, dirty bathroom. Ice from machine that barely worked was full of sludge. Staff was difficult and non accommodating when we were trying to figure out logistics/adjoin rooms for a multiple room/night stay while a family member was hospitalized. Now there are multiple billing issues and charges. Wish i could give zero stars.
