I had the first floor room next to the exit door at the south end. The closer needs to be adjusted because it slammed shut very loudly through night to smoke outside. It woke me up frequently. It was aggravating.

Yes I gave three stars for the property because it had no elevators. It was not mentioned on the website. We arrived late in the evening so being tired we stayed. It was very difficult for me to do the stairs as I am handicapped.

the bathroom toilet didn't flush the A/C unit in the room was VERY noise and the refrigerator was Very NOISE the shower water you couldn't get any cold water out of. The hot tub the jets didn't work and the light wasn't on and the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly this was at check in time . NOT sure I will rebook there again

The staff was wonderful. The first room we were given wasn't quite what we had expected or wanted so she didn't hesitate to switch rooms for us. The pool area was nice. Definitely a three star hotel. But we were very comfortable here. I would come back again if I wanted to save money.
