Shower curtain could gave been cleaner. Spider webs in floor lamp. Pool was closed, the king bed I reserved was not available. Sink faucet fixture loose (whole fixture moved on the sink when turned faucet on/off). Beds & pillows comfortable. Desk staff was friendly.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We decided to pay for early check-in so the kids could swim before our evening plans. Come to find out, upon arrival at 1 pm we found that the pool was closed because the water heater for the pool and hot tub was broken (which based off of the other reviews was a lie and it was because the health department shut it down and it hasn’t been operational for awhile). The side door which normally is accessed via your door key, was not secure and had a hollowed out core where the lock goes. The hallways were filthy and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We complained and they offered to change us rooms but the other room had the same odor and the air conditioner smelled of mold. It appears that the people who work at the place stay in an old motorhome parked to the left of the main entrance. They stand outside and smoke all day. At first glance, it is quite run down, grass is growing between cracks in the cement and it could definitely use some paint, a good cleaning and new carpeting to say the least. Additionally, the rooms were very dirty, bathtub was gross and the odor throughout the place was musty. The pictures online are deceiving and do not portray what the place looks like currently. At $125 a night this place was a rip off for the quality. Corporate Wyndham needs to look into this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

For the second year in a row they shut the pool down while we stayed. The hallway smelt like a zoo. And there was no turnover service and no mention that there wouldn’t be. The coffee maker didn’t work the shower curtain was electrical taped in the center and held on the wall with 4 tacks.
