Inside, you’ll find clean finished and comfy beds with plenty of space to relax. This home is a perfect fit for groups and families. Fitting 8 comfortably. (4 queen beds + couches. We do have an air mattress upon request too).

Brand new kitchen and appliances. New carpet, windows. Beautiful original hardwood floors.

Walk to downtown. Golf course (backyard). 1 block from clinic.

4 Bedrooms with 1.5 bath.

Private parking in driveway will fit 2 cars. Side street parking available too.

Great location close to everything downtown Waukon has to offer. House was charming with modern kitchen updates with new appliances and the host even offered fresh frozen meals for purchase which, was a nice option that I’ve never seen at other VRBO’s. The house had a modern farmhouse appeal and was very charming. Would without question stay here again.

This VRBO was ideal for our family over a holiday weekend. It's cozy, well furnished with the essentials, clean and ideal for busy people. The location is near downtown and easy to navigate. Check in/out was so simple, it was easy to find on GPS, and quiet in the area.

We were floating the Yellow River and chose this cute house in close proximity to restaurants to stay at. We loved that we could bring our little dog with us. It was very spacious for the four of us and they had all the amenities you would ever need! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Waukon or nearby!
