Our beautifully remodeled beachfront home has an open, airy ocean feel with breathtaking views throughout. Just a few steps to the ocean, or relax in front of our large windows and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of the living room. The master bedroom and private bath feature a glass sliding door leading to the deck, where you can unwind while listening to the waves. Enjoy a large TV in the master bedroom and cozy evenings beside the fireplace and 55-inch TV in the living room.

Start your mornings with coffee or breakfast at the bar while watching the ocean waves roll in, or gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and full-length mirrors. With two full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer, you can pack light and enjoy a stress-free stay.

Located on the second level, our home offers amazing panoramic ocean views and is just steps from miles of pristine, uncrowded beach. Spend your days enjoying spectacular sunsets, dolphin sightings, sea otters, abundant birdlife, and, if you’re lucky, even whales passing by.

Located on the Shorebirds side of Pajaro Dunes, guests have access to wonderful resort amenities including tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, biking trails, and scenic walking paths around the beautiful lagoon. There is also a convenient on-site store for last-minute essentials and a fascinating nature center to explore.

This is a unique property. Even thought here are other units around it, it is very quiet. Inside is very comfortable and we didn't find anything lacking. The beach is easily accessed and is wonderful. There's plenty of beach to walk both up and down from the access point. Just a beautiful spot!

The Fisher’s place was wonderful! Home was clean and well kept, we came with our 2 children and there was plenty of room for them to play. Wonderful place!

Annette’s place is exactly as pictured/described. It has been updated and wonderfully maintained, and is everything you could ask for in a rental - extremely clean, beautiful view (I recommend bringing binoculars to watch the whales, dolphins, etc.), safe and secure location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, soft sheets and towels, only a few steps to the beach. We hope to return as soon as possible!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for relaxing stay at the beach. We went for four days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Condo has deck overlooking shore and you can hear the waves at night. Could not have asked for more. We were out and about most of the day, but coming back to a cozy condo with a beautiful view was amazing. Beautiful Coastal Retreat

We loved our weekend away at the pajaro dunes beach condo! The home was very clean, cozy and welcoming. We felt extremely relaxed and comfortable. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the fireplace was cozy and the view was amazing. We saw tons of pelicans and other birds as well as a few adorable otters. It was incredible to be able to just walk a few steps down to the beach and stay all day without the hassle of finding parking or a long drive home. We felt safe and all of the other neighbors were so nice and friendly. It’s a really special place and we’d love to come back.

We have been to Pajaro Dunes Resort a few times in the recent past but this was our first time in Annette's unit. The unit looks just like the pictures - updated and with all the amenities that we needed for a quick getaway. My girls were happy to have their own room and bathroom. We were blessed with beautiful weather and spent a lot of time on the beach which was just a few steps away. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future. Weekend Away with the Grandparents

We arrived late and had a bit of a snafu. Annette was extremely responsive through messaging and had us up an running within the hour. The place was really relaxing...great views of the ocean. No problem with the amenities. We had some difficultly with the WIFI, but that could be user error. The beds were cozy and it was great to cozy up to a movie at night with the fireplace crackling. I especially liked the access to the various movie apps such as Netflix and Prime video. Great stay. Thanks.
