Where we wanted to park there was a big pile of junk. Key would not work for pool area. Went for breakfast and food was cold, eggs, sausage. Guy said oh you can warm it up in microwave. To serve hot food it needs to be tempted. He didn't have the sterno on. Asked lady at front desk she took care of the problem. Older lady with white hair. Thank you

Worst hotel ever.

The ceiling in the bathroom was literally falling off. The room was terribly musty. Nothing matched the pictures. The doors were heavy and stuck. I only saw two employees and they were both outside the front doors smoking next to a no smoking sign.

The facility is going through renovations which was not bad. I only had 2 thungs that made my stay terrible. Main one was my fridge froze everything i put into it. I am diabetic and my insulin froze and i was unable to take it while i stayed there. Also there was people for a wedding that was loud andci couldn't sleep

WAY better than I expected. EXCELLENT.

Got in late and out in the morning, so we didn't get to fully take advantage. I wondered if i was in the right place when I walked in because it was so nice. I booked last minute and was worried I might be overpaying for a crummy place - I thought Watertown was much smaller. Couldn't have been more wrong. This is a really, really nice hotel. You will be very pleased.
