We were moved after midnight on our first night due to the heat pumping and not being able to turn the ac on. Our second room had no shampoo but my kids didn't let me know until check out. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and the food was great. The hotel was very accommodating to our dogs. Would for sure stay again.

We had a great stay overall. When we checked in, Anthony at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. Our room was clean, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were nice, although they were quite full of kids at the time. Around 1 PM, a fire alarm disturbed our sleep and we had to evacuate the room. We weren’t informed about what caused it, which was a bit unsettling. Breakfast was good, and the server was very friendly. She even offered us breakfast to go for our road trip, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed our visit.
