The location of this new(ish) property is great and I think it will be excellent when they are done with all the renovations. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Because of the renovations and construction others areas were not so nice. The gym and breakfast room were super.

Staff were friendly, rooms were amazing, and close to downtown. Breakfast was a good amount of time for folks to get in and out without feeling rushed. And my room was just amazing, a lot better than I expected: multiple ac and tv, “living room” space, and a pretty private and quiet experience for an actual good nights rest. Other than no fridge (due to no one’s fault, new building), I would be interested in coming back again.

This property is under renovation and there are things not yet in rooms (like mini fridge). The staff offered to bring ice to our room for us and provided free cold drinks as well as 24hr coffee. The bed was the best hotel bed I’ve stayed in.

The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.

It was a beautiful hotel room with super comfy beds. They are in the middle of renovations so there wasnt a icebox and microwave yet! Staff said they were on their way lol! The shower was very loud but usable and strong. Small tub. We would stay here again!

After being closed for remodeling and opening 1 week from our arrival I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable the air conditioners worked to good. Only issue is they had no refrigerators to keep our drinks cold, no ice machine and went down for the complimentary breakfast and there was nothing. They are still working out all the bugs from just reopening.

We spent 4 nights at Spark while visiting our son who is a soldier at Ft. Drum. It was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was not very firm but that's typical of many hotels. The bathroom was large and easy to navigate with my disability, but the water was only lukewarm on two mornings while we were there, even though we were up by 6:30 am. The breakfast options were limited and provided only what might be called "continental" choices: bagels, cereal, yogurt. There were no hot foods, which we found disappointing. Also, I guess I did not note the room's features before booking, but we were sorry there was no mini-fridge provided in our room. We appreciated the free bottles of water Spark made available. The staff was friendly. and helpful -- the desk clerk came to our room on our first night there to show us how to close our room curtains (push-button panel on the wall near the bathroom entrance).

I’m 75 years old and I’ve been using Expedia for years. I’ve been staying at roadside hotels for even longer. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more difficult check-in experience. I stood at at the counter for 45 minutes trying to get a room. I was told my reservation didn’t come through so I went on to Expedia and secured a reservation. I ended up paying for two reservations because the staff didn’t realize what they were doing. I called Hilton corporate to try to get help to get my refund. They were wonderful. They sent the property a directive to refund me. I never happened. I finally got a hold of Expedia and they did help. I go to Watertown a couple times a year, but I will never use this property again.
