Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!

The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.

Inside was dated, musty smell in room. outside door by our room had a broken closer, looks like it had been for some time. Reported to management. Breakfast location no AC looks like it's been down a while from the attendants' reaction to me mentioning it. The rest was fine no problems very accommodating

Reasonably priced for a place to stay. I was in town for work and stayed a week. Tv was a little outdated and not much for coffee or breakfast but for the price what do you expect. Staff was friendly and no complaints

Very dirty. Sheets and blankets stained. Carpet stained. The shower was dripping. The employees seem like hard workers and were friendly. The place is old and needs major rehab. Luckily we happen to have a set of sheets in our car which we used. I would have left but we had already driven hundreds of miles and had a set itinerary for the next day. Tip: drive to Ithaca and stay somewhere there, it’s worth the extra hour drive.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for a concert. I booked all the rooms for 3 couple. The person at the front desk did not fully understand that I was only paying for my room and charged my card for 2 of the rooms. That messed with my money situation a bit for the weekend. The rest of the stay was good. Another employee recommended a really good local restaurant.
