Huge 16' deck for enjoying lakefront living and Mountain Views year round. Very close to public boat launch and park! Centrally located near all of Wasilla's amenties. In Winter, ice skating, ice fishing, and snowmachines are permitted on the lake. In Summer, motorized boats can be seen, as well as wildlife like ducks and loons. Two heated garage spaces.
