After a day of exploring the city’s sights, kick back in the inviting living room, featuring a smart TV and a sofa that easily transforms into a queen-sized bed—ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or simply enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea, with all the essentials and a handy coffee maker provided.



Our space comfortably accommodates up to four guests;

2 guests in the queen-sized bed in the main bedroom

2 guests in the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room



For added convenience, you’ll have access to a full-size washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays. Refresh in the sparkling full bathroom, complete with a stand-in shower, and enjoy complimentary body soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and fresh linens.

Guest Access:

The private apartment is not shared with anyone else.



There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.



The Neighborhood:

This home offers unparalleled access to DC's vibrant music and dining scene. Just a 4-minute walk to the Shaw-Howard University Station (Yellow and Green lines) and with convenient bus access (70/79) directly to the National Mall, exploring the city is effortless.



The location is truly the epicenter of DC's social life. Within walking distance, you can catch a show at the historic Howard Theater or the famous 930 Club. A short stroll in either direction leads to popular spots like Right Proper Brew Pub, Shaw Tavern, Bistro Boehm, and the Shaw Library, along with an abundance of coffee houses, fitness centers, and exciting pop-up venues. This is always the place to be seen in D.C.!



Getting Around:
