Living Room - Sofa bed that sleeps 2

Primary Bedroom - 1 King bed that sleeps 2



Enjoy a nice meal in our full sized kitchen which includes modern appliances and all the tools necessary to whip up a delicious meal. The property includes 1 full sized bathroom with a walk in shower. Towels and soaps provided by Home Sweet City!

Gather in our Cozy Living room and catch up on your favorite shows or movies with our Smart TV. Property also includes a washer/dryer, and is equipped with a strong Wifi Connection. The living room is separated from the primary bedroom for privacy while using the sofa bed.



Guest Access:

Guests have this entire 1-bedroom apartment to themselves and will be sent access to unlock the private entrance door prior to check-in.



There is a tenant living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.



The Neighborhood:

Capitol Hill is the largest historic residential neighborhood in Washington DC, stretching easterly in front of the United States Capitol along wide avenues. It is one of the oldest residential communities in Washington, and, with roughly 35,000 people in just under 2 square miles (5 km), it is also one of the most densely populated. Steps from Union Station and The Capitol - enjoy a stroll down to Sidamo Coffee for a delicious morning coffee and breakfast sandwich! We are also about a 20 minute walk away from Union Market and Trader Joes!



Getting Around:

This property is located about a 5 - 10 min minute walk from Union Station (Red Line). You can take this metro line to get to stops like China Town, Dupont Circle, and Woodley Park/Zoo. Also located about a 5 minute walk from the property is the Street Car, which will take you up and down H St to all the delicious restaurants and bars such as Cane, Daru, and Hiraya! If looking to go Downtown you can take the D4 which is about a 10 minute walk from the property.

There are Rideshare Scooters and bikes available for rent near the property in case you are wanting to adventure out!
