The check in process was tedious and a bit confusing. No one was at the check in counter to help or answered the phone when I called to get clarification on how to check in. The only downside I noticed was that there are no outlets inside the capsule for charging phones, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning could definitely use a proper cleaning to make the stay more comfortable. Some travelers don’t seem to respect others while sleeping. I was awakened by a loud noise coming from the top capsule, which disrupted my rest. But overall, for just a night it was okay.
