I requested a room to fit 5 adults, and on our photos it showed as if we were going to grt 2 beds plus a pull out couch, we only got 2 beds and felt very squished

Only one ice machine- completely other side of motel, door keys usually don't work- takes 8-10 swipes to open door... heard same complaints from other guests, hot water only available 2 of 5 nights. Older motel but acceptable condition. Many TV channels have poor signal and generally unwatchable.

I was offered a room on the second floor but i instead asked for a room on the street level. The staff did find one for me but i think that the room was not set up properly because the floor was dirty and somewhat sticky. When i first entered the room, a fly was flying around.

Staid eight nights. Very basic, which was fine for the need I had. Room was always humid. Sit was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, it did not. I did not request one, so not sure if one would have been made available or not. Needs lots of TLC. Bus routes were convenient. Walking distance to metro station. Nearby laundromat and dry cleaning. Target very close by.

The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. I could not find the Travelodge office to register. Out of desperation, I went to the Days Inn, which adjoined the Travelodge, to find out where to go to register. At the Days Inn, I saw a sign over the registration desk: Register here for Days Inn and Travelodge. It would have been nice to have had a sign on the door of the old Travelodge office with directions to register at the Days Inn. It would have made check-in much faster and easier. During my observation of staff interactions, the guest staying at Days Inn received more attention and faster service. Parking was more than adequate. The property was within walking distance of a Target and several restaurants. If I were to stay here again, I would try the Days Inn. The renovation seems further along.

The room was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The bathtub was filthy, and the door did not close properly, which made me feel unsafe. The room was clearly not fit to be rented without first replacing or fully renovating the bathroom and completing the necessary maintenance. On top of that, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was unhelpful and showed no concern about the serious condition of the room. This place is absolutely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here.

Never stayed one night. I had a reservation but when I arrived the place was a total dump. Criminal activity and the entire property reeked of marijuana. I did check in thinking I would just tough it out but when I went into my room and it was already occupied . I turned around and told the desk clerk that I didn’t feel safe there and I wasn’t staying. Still trying to get refunded the money I paid.

For a property owned by Wyndham, it was not good. Old furniture, no coffee maker. The ice machine had webs on it and didn’t work. I ordered a king bed. Got a queen. There were issues with the room cards not working. I will not stay there again.

My room door didn't lock while me and my daughter stayed there they spent my second whole day in my room trying to fix it ..it never happened ruined my day because I couldn't leave my things in my room without it locking next day they finally switched me to a new room that was dirty and had hair in the tub I asked for 2 more nights being as tho I was distracted and taking off course from my main goal of being in the room and I couldn't even get another night since it was sold out and I couldn't even get a discount or atleast some of my money back

The room I was assigned had dirty sheets. The room was NOT cleaned every day. When I asked the front desk to have it cleaned, they promised two days in a row; but it wasn't cleaned until the third day. There was no chair in the room until I requested one. The shower worked well though.
