Very helpful and responsive host! The water pressure from the sink faucet was a bit weak, and there was a faint unpleasant smell in the walkway, stairs, and near the entrance to my room (204), possibly due to its location at the back of the building. Other than that, the property is strategically located in the center and not far from the waterfront.

Place was quiet. No issues with ck in or ck out. The toilet wasn't flushing, but it was fixed and all good. Could have used more klennex. None in supply cabinet. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a great place and the location was amazing. The kitchen had stove,microwave,fridge, even dishwasher! Bathroom had heated floors! Large windows for lots of light in the entire place! Its a gem hidden in plain sight. Easy to miss, which is part of the charm that it blended in so well. Modern accommodations in this historic town. Easy in and out. Accessibility to the water front or to the Metro by the Free trolly or close enough to walk. King Street is full of delightful store and friendly people and it looks amazing all lit up at night! The Kasa has its own private courtyard too for nights under the lights or early morning coffee. This was a great find!
