Welcome to our lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and stairway leading you to an oasis in our beautiful condo in the heart of Logan Circle, one of DC's most vibrant neighborhoods! Nearby, you'll discover fantastic shops, restaurants, attractions, and scenic running trails. If you're attending events at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, you're just a quick 5-minute walk away. After a bustling day in the city, our condo offers a quiet and cozy retreat for you to unwind.

The Space:
In the master bedroom, you'll find a spacious king-sized bed, remote-controlled room-darkening shades, a private bathroom, and not one, but two huge walk-in closets! The secondary bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed, 48-inch TV, with the main bathroom just a few steps down the hall. Our modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals, and there's a convenient bar/dining area for you to relax. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, a twin-size futon, and a 72-inch SmartTV, along with a selection of books for your enjoyment. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer right inside the rental. We've got everything you need for a perfect vacation or business trip.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire top-floor unit. It is not shared. There are tenants living downstairs, so please be mindful of the noise levels.

Great spot to hang out!

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Stairway to Heaven. The living and kitchen area was an excellent spot for thenfamiky and kids to hang out, watch TV, play games, and eat. Nicely updated and clean kitchen and bathrooms, and extra large master bedroom. We were able to walk to local eateries, including the Capital One arena which was about a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

SO clean!

This has to be one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed... it is modern and comfortable with all the amenities! Quiet and safe and very walkable area of DC. The parking space was invaluable as I had to help my daughter move in to her apartment. Communication with management was fast and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Historic location, next to many amenities

Cute, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to so many nice restaurants, bars and shopping. Spent our days touring the city and came back home for relaxation. I really enjoyed the view and sunsets from the front windows.
