The room is outdated, lighting is horrible. When you turn the lights on it takes about a minute for the lights to come completely on. The website says parking is included but when you get there they charge you $10 a night, false advertisement! Although the manager went on the website and saw that parking was free he still charged me for parking and would not honor what was on the website. I tried to check out a day before and was told I could not check out early so I would still be charged.

The hot tub had been fully decommissioned, and the pool was unavailable for the majority of the stay after being told each day it would be repaired. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were operational, but the one sounded like it would breakdown at any moment. There was a lack of hot water in the sinks and one stayed stopped up. There were repeated late-night noise disturbances from a neighboring room that continued well past quiet hours upwards to 3am. These were reported to the front desk, but the issues was not resolved. Overall, very disappointed in the conditions on a Marriott hotel. The ratings obviously come from the partiers that trash the place.

The room was clean the staff were courteous and helpful when approached. The hot tub was broken and one elevator was out of order. The breakfast area was to small to accommodate the guests and the waffle machine broke in the middle of a breakfast rush.

We had a very restful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The staff were warm, polite, and always prompt. Breakfast was consistently available until the last minute, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay

The room was great as usual. Weekend breakfast good. Monday's menu didn't include waffles compared to Sunday morning. I left a phone charger in the room. When I went back to get it, it was opened in. 😔
