The room is great, we didnt try breakfast. We know construction is happening, but checkout is at 11am and waking up to drilling at 8am on a sunday is extremely frustrating. We feel like there shouldnt be drilling before 10am at the earliest. Everything else about the facility was nice. Looking forward to seeing the facility done in the future

Excellent hotel, very nice/helpful/considerate staff, location is very convenient to several of the DC main sights, restaurants in the area, two-minute walk to the metro station which also is just across CVS - it was a perfect stay! There's a construction going on but with all the other positive stuff mentioned, it was not a bother at all. Can't wait to go back! Thanks everyone for making our trip pleasant and wonderfully memorable!

Hotel was undergoing renovations but that did not interfeer with stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well stocked but as it had a kitchenette a few more basics would be helpful for longer stays like ours. However the amenities were good, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was generous. The location is quiet and feels safe, with bars, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Metro station from navy yard via the green line is a few minutes walk across the street and takes you tonthe major tourist areas. The only thing would be the breakfast, while free and filling the variety of fresh fruits or healthy alternatives were small which would be great to have to add more choice. Overall our 2 week stay was very pleasant and we had a relaxing stay.

I have stayed with Residence Inn for over 10 years but this is the first time I was so disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is under construction, and this is not mentioned on the website or itinerary. Lots of dust in the lobby. Lack of staff and service. We found a medicine cup on the floor when we entered the room. During the four nights staying, there was only one time of the room cleaning. The staff only cleaned half of the room, but didn’t clean the kitchen(not even give new kitchen towels or washer detergent). I requested the housekeeper to clean the room but no came. The towels had lots of hair. The breakfast was horrible. If all of those negatives came from the construction, I would be so disappointed to Residence-Inn of Marriot’s service, management, prestige. The amenities were fine. The furnitures were new.

Room was at a lower floor where they had construction going on - hallway was dusty. Rooms are cleaned every other day, which is okay, but the cleaning member arrived on the second day of our stay after 4:00 pm, we needed the cleaning done so we went with it but it was inconvenient. Decent continental breakfast offered at this facility and the staff is friendly.
