Very nice clean room. Christmas decorations in the lobby were really pretty. Starbucks in the lobby is always a great convenience. Staff was helpful with bags and check in was easy and fast. Lots of Christmas lights outside close to the hotel are wonderful and more than usual for DC. Great shopping and wonderful restaurants nearby. Ask for a room with a city view.

Elevators were not working near my room and I had to go to the other side of the hotel floor to get down and back up to my room.
