Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.

The video with the instruction for check in were in Spanish not English was confusing to understand since we don't speak Spanish. Everything was by text messages, we did not see a person to help us out. The key that was provide was not working properly, the supplies like hand soap etc was very minimal for our stay, the blinds in the rooms did not block the light, also towels were minimal. no breakfast provided. Its a nice apartment but needs to fix some things.

Nice, clean place. Exactly as posted. Neighbors were very loud all night and there was an unsupervised pool party with numerous underaged kids one night at 3:30am on a Monday night. No security or adults around - very chaotic. Hopefully that is resolved so the next guests don’t have to deal with these negligent and rude neighbors.

What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would eliminate lots of unnecessary frustration. I truly hope that somebody will take the time to read this and make the improvements needed. I was able to drive in and out of DC, the Washington Navy yard without issue and felt very safe and comfortable.
