⇥ No matter if you plan to stay in Alexandria or you want to spend some time in DC, getting where you need to go is simple. The WMATA Metro serves both cities and many others in the area. The suite is close to multiple bus lines as well as the Braddock Road Station, where you can ride the blue line train into Washington DC. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also very popular in the area. Alternatively, you can rent a car at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

⇥ I highly recommend using ride-sharing services to and from DC or any of the surrounding areas.

⇥ Garaged parking for one vehicle is included with reservation. There's free street parking also available.
Other things to note
1. Health and safety is our top priority! There is always a professional, thorough, sanitization and cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches. Due to this lengthy cleaning period, it is challenging to offer late check-outs or early check-ins.

2. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence within a residential community, not a hotel. Please treat our space with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

3. The entire community is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other residents’ pets during your stay.

4. Gym is a mini+gym with 2 treadmills and a workout area with weights, enough to get a great workout but it is not a full blown commercial gym.

5. Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. There is a shared, outdoor roof top-level common use space. Please make yourself at home.

Beautiful penthouse, awesome host!

If you're coming to the DC area and love upscale living..... this is the place for you. Uche, the host, is so accommodating and readily available. The house was so clean and exactly like the pictures! We enjoyed our time on the rooftop lounge area! It's complete with all the appliances you'll need, coffee, tea, blender, air fryer, and all the seasonings you have at your own home, is here and ready for your stay! I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the DMV area! Thanks Uche for being such a great host! Regina

Spectacular Apartment with Rooftop Balconies

This Alexandria apartment is beautiful and in a fabulous location! Our host was in communication with us throughout our stay, always available for whatever we needed, and giving us great information about this rental and recommendations of where to dine and places to visit. Having an extra half bathroom was really helpful with four people. The bed linens were very nice, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The rooftop balcony with patio seating and a dining table was super nice! You will not be disappointed with this amazing apartment, being close to area attractions and great shopping /restaurants. We highly recommend this Host and rental for your stay in Alexandria. We hope to return here again in the future!

So Beautiful

We rented this Condo because we had to go to a funeral. We did not want to rush my elderly father during this time especially since it was his sister's funeral. If a place can give you peace, this place did. It was beautiful and the area convenient and friendly. I pray I can stay during the summer. I wish I could give this place 20 stars. Not one thing wrong. Every person in our group was impressed. Thank you for renting to us on such short notice and still the set up was gorgeous.
