There was no customer service or help to make us feel welcomed or like we knew what to do we had to figure out a lot on our own also there were tons of flies in our room and we were only provided with one set of clothes and towels and when we asked for more from the man “working” at the desk he gave us like 15 with no clothes and was very unhelpful when trying to ask basic question we were constantly directed to use the phone number on the door. Even trying to get in touch with someone from the billing department before our stay was almost impossible. Poor organization and communication all around.
