Absolutely wonderful stay! Hosts were quick to respond to questions, place was well stocked and very comfortable. The split bedroom layout gave my friend and I the perfect amount of privacy. Easy walk to stores and some great restaurants. Would 10/10 stay here again!

The property was basic and that's all we were looking for. It's more space than a hotel room and it was cheaper so it worked for our purposes. Don't expect a ritzy DC and you'll be happy with the space provided. There were wires coming out of random holes and the outlet in the bathroom was taped to the wall. The mattress in the front bedroom was very slim on a metal frame so not super comfortable. It worked for a place to sleep where we weren't on top of each other like a hotel room. That's what we were looking for. The hosts were kind and responsive for the most part; sometimes it would be awhile before they would respond. If you're looking for easy access to the subway, it's a 17 minute walk.

The rental was exactly as listed. It is a really cute space with a great garden space. When we arrived, it was very clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised. It is really well located to places to eat and is still within walking distance of downtown. The host was very communicative and helpful! If I am in DC again, I would definitely rent this space again.
