They don’t provide wash clothes or hand towels, the $29 voucher wasn’t given; we received a cheap bottle of wine instead. The toilet paper was individual pieces, not a roll. Couldn’t access the lobby restroom. The bar closed before the listed hours. Parking was $70/day. We were also charged $35 for incidentals that included nothing!

This hotel takes on the European theme no washcloths or hand towels. Charge me $.50 more to rent them and provide them, especially when I ask. The we don’t offer them talk track is not taken care of your guest. If you’re staying here, bring your own washcloths and hand towels. When I was checking out the person right before me said that someone in Housekeeping snuck them some and the front desk clerk said they would get in trouble. Outrageous. The housekeeping employee had more compassion for the comfort of the guest than the hotel chain.

I expected this property to be as posh as the New York and Boston locations. It was not and it was very disappointing. However, the staff were friendly and the room was clean but plain. It would have been nice if they provided us with washcloths and facecloths. It would have also been nice if the restaurant was open for dinner.

No washcloths supposedly. No coffeemaker so no way to even get a cup of coffee in the morning unless you went to the bar. Hospitality was all over the place. Sometimes helpful and sometimes rude. Rooms not automatically cleaned. Positives - room was clean and area was safe. Easy to get a can. clean

The furniture was chipped up and torn. I got in at midnight, the kiosk was barely working. I got all the way up to my room just to come back down because kiosk didnt scan the key. I went to shower - freezing cold water coming out of the shower.
