The rooms were very dirty, the bed smelled like cigarettes, there were bed bugs and pieces of hair and dust in pillows, the room smelt like expired water and the bathroom tub water kept leaking creating a pool, staff and front desk were very rude, especially that Asian guy that works there not nice

First of all, I did not know smoking rooms still existed so I accidentally booked a smoking room. Since it was a smoking room, it was smelly, dirty, and had a door that is connected to a room adjacent to it so I can hear every single conversation that family had for three days. I probably lost couple years of my life by staying here for past three days. Please double check which room you are booking.

This place is disgusting andvi do not recommend it at all. My wife and i came here for our 1 year Anniversary and it was theworst decision we ever made. Electric out at 11:30 pm, wifi password didnt work, no way to turn the tv up or down then to top it off in the morning we wake up to take showers and we have no hot water. We go to tell him we want a refund for our second night there and told him we had no hot water and he says you do now. So apprently this guy shuts the hot water off at night and doesnt turn it back on till HE wakes up in the morning!! Plus dirty cutips were found behind the bathroom faucet! Disguting!!!

This place is a real fleabag motel. When we checked in we were given a room on the second floor, although my wife was obviously limping from a bad knee, and when we inquired about an elevator we were curtly told "No elevator!" The room had sunflower seed shells under the phone, and the box springs had weird brown stains down the side of them.
