Quality Suites near the White House

24-hour gym was functional and had working Equipment. Room was clean and well-appointed, with mini-frige, longe area, etc. Lobby coffee was above average.

The AC didn’t work in our room, there was hair that didn’t belong to us when we checked into the room, the carpet looked like it had blood smeared throughout the room, the couch had stains on it and so did the bathroom floor. Also keep in mind we only booked the room for one night!

Everyone was so friendly and professional! Hyatt Place is very close to the Capitol and the surrounding area. CVS is conveniently right across the road. Tow of our lights in the room did not turn on. And one of my chief complaint is the sinks faucet was < 1 inch from the basin. We constantly were rubbing the sink...while washing iur hands. And water would accumulate on the sink. Would we stay there again? Yes. I wiuld seek similar first who included a complimentary breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked having the seating area. We liked that we could easily walk to the Metro. There was no table or electrical plug on the side of the bed by the windows. That made setting things down as you went to sleep difficult. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
