The overall experience was AMAZING! From the hotel staff to the restaurant staff, everyone’s service was exceptional. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was also good. The way they accommodated their guests and their staff during the snow storm has to be recognized. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Look no further!

Everything starts with the reception one receives when checking in. That said, our stay began exceptionally well! The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and polite. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable! My girlfriend was extremely impressed (so thank you for that! 😉). As a disabled Vet, I was able to park on the street so that was super convenient as well. We plan to stay again when it warms up so we can enjoy the roof top feature!

Nice hotel. The lobby/check in gets crowded, but nice staff. Great room. Beware - unclear resort fee (there is zero amenities, no pool, etc); and at least 5 types of taxes - makes it steep.
