We really enjoyed our stay! It was convenient to all of the DC and surrounding area. We had a great experience with every staff member we encountered and it was very clean. I liked that you couldn’t enter or go up the elevator without a key too.

The kitchen is needing to be seriously upgraded. There is one pot and one pan- the pan is Teflon and scratched a lot. They want you to tip but only clean the room every third or fifth day. One can of water is all they provide you each day. The scrambled eggs served for breakfast taste like something fake and processed. We needed to ask for more towels and coffee each day. One elevator does not stop at the second floor (button does not light up or work). Room is very, very dark- lighting is awful and needs brighter bulbs. Front desk people friendly.

The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was trash and the service at breakfast was meh. I asked the fellow were there more options, he replied, "y'all late!" Except for the woman who checked us in, most of the staff seemed to have a detectable attitude, as if they didn't want to be bothered. Not the chambermaid, more like the front desk crew. There was a guy there who's been there the last 3 or 4 times I checked in--since 2020. He wasn't working the deal the night I saw him, just visiting a co-worker, I'm guessing. I don't remember what exactly happened, but are paths crossed and he actually cut me off while I carried groceries from a nearby store. No excuse me or any kind of acknowledgement. A couple people from the front desk seriously lack customer service skills. I've stayed here once every year since 2017. 1st time I've noticed the shoddy service.
