Front Desk Service: The customer service at the front desk in the morning time was below expectations. A staff member was not attentive or welcoming, which made check-in and overall interactions unpleasant. Breakfast Options: The breakfast selection was very limited, and the food was often served cold. This made the morning experience disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected. Room & Bathroom Condition: The bathroom felt outdated and lacked a proper vanity area. As a woman, it was inconvenient not having a place to set my personal products while getting ready. Overall Experience: The combination of poor front desk service, unsatisfactory breakfast quality, and an outdated bathroom setup significantly impacted my stay. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

MICE in the hotel room!!! If they wouldn’t have billed me for both nights maybe I would’ve been quiet about it but nope… they still billed me for one of the two nights I reserved. I’ve been in a lot of hotels, some less then stellar, but never have I experienced this before. AVOID this hotel!

It was a decent little hotel right downtown in DC close to everything we needed to see! The price was a little high for the plainness of it but it was clean and felt safe and walkable distance to everything tour related. The restaurant inside was good and fairly priced. And it was fast to get a taxi and the bell service was there to assist with that. Would stay here again
