Great metro access, easy walkability to mall, affordable breakfast buffet, and the checked bag policy was fantastic before and after check-in/out so that we didn't have to carry bags around the city waiting for our room to be ready, or for our train to arrive. Amazing all around.

Check in was very smooth. The room was spacious and I so appreciated having more than one chair to sit in. It is a bone on contention for me that everywhere my husband and I go, hotel rooms only give 1 chair. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast included was fresh and plentiful. Service from every single person we encountered was excellent. Location to all of the museums was ideal.

A very complete and central hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean, organized and accessible. Beds a little uncomfortable and the noise of the train passing all day does not let you rest well. I have no complaints about the rest.
