This charming Historic house was on the House and Garden tour! Relax on a quiet street in Takoma Park within walking distance everything you need- .5 miles to the Metro which will transport you to the Capitol in 20 min., walk to shops, grocery, bakery, butcher shop, 12 restaurants. Your dogs will love the spacious fenced in back yard that can be easily accessed through doggie doors (or closed off when desired). Doggie doors are sized for a small to medium dog. Need to work remotely? You will love our large office space with high-speed internet. Enjoy our cable TVs with all the stations you love. The large screened in porch with eating and sitting area as well as an outside gas grill will be your go-to spot for enjoying the outdoors without bugs. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counters, induction stove, microwave and table. Help yourself to pantry supplies. The dining room table can expand to sit 10 people. You will love being on our beautiful quiet street with easy access to everything!
