I was moved rooms 3 different times which caused me to miss itineraries. The first room television did not work they said they would have to go behind the counter to get to it. Second room the toilet wouldn’t flush and moved me a third time. The last room water pressure in toilet and shower were very inefficient and barely worked. I refused to move a 4th time as I would miss more itineraries. Overall my stay was awful due to these circumstances.

Our room (1413) was great! The vent was very dusty located above the shower and there’s no microwave in the room. Service from check-in to check out was smooth and great. There is a $50/night incident deposit that is refundable within 48 hours of check-out.

The bathrooms are somewhat outdated but not a big deal. The hotel is currently under renovation so the gym was closed, the front desk offered to give me a coupon to the nearest Planet Fitness which was great but they never delivered it to my room as requested. For a one night stay it was central and valet parking was a breeze.

The hotel is under construction so a lot of the amenities were unavailable and I had no heat in my room they sent someone to fix it everyday but it was never resolved. They offered to move me the last day of my stay which I felt was useless I was already sick and leaving the next day. I will say the room was clean and the staff was super kind and I’m going to assume this was just a one off.

For price paid, the room was great. Room was serviced daily, very clean, bathroom was fine with nice TV. Room was also quiet which was a huge plus. Parking seemed a bit of a gouge given it was involuntarily valet at $60 per day.
