this is typical downtown dc so you find your own public parking garage nearby, and all food comes from surrounding restaurants. but the value was good for a downtown venue.

guest laundry disaster! machine over flowed, water kept running and door opening getting my shoes wet along withthe floor and into the hallway. thus was morning of checkout to do main wash of our trip! hotel "mostly" managed to dry the load but 8 items still wet. Valet only option for parking was not advertised or on ourexpedia details... high price, not great location for walking to the mall tbh. worst hotel experience of our trip

Room was very clean and they made sure to restock anything that I used. I don't belive they provide free breakfast, unless I didn't see it, but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was amazing. Upon arrival, the first staff wasn't too friendly (one guy) but the remaining staff I interacted with were amazing. They were able to hold my luggage after checkout while I explored and were so helpful.
