Front desk staff was very nice and professional regarding a problem we had with our room. The room was too noisy as it would get all the noise from the street. So they changed our room to a room on a higher floor which resolved the issue. We unfortunately forgot a bag in our room and we had a very hard time being able to get in touch with the hotel as their phone system was down for a long period of time. When we were able to get ahold of someone we were told that we would only be able to retrieve the bag the next day as they were not able to locate where the bag was, so that was a huge inconvenience for us, I ended up having to go back to the hotel the next day to retrieve my bag. I wish they had a better system for when someone forgets something behind, guests should be able to reach out to the hotel easily and retrieve back forgotten items right away instead of having the inconvenience to have to wait the next day to get it.

Front desk Anthony was AMAZING! So helpful and knowledgeable about the area. All staff was professional at all times. The hotel restaurant food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The gym was amazing as well! Loved using the Peloton. Would stay here again for sure.
