Fantastic location, walk to everything. Apartment is great size and nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Just off the archives line so to/from airport is a breeze. Would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay. The location is AMAZING , property was clean, and a great overall place. The only potential negatives were the kitchen wasn’t robustly stocked (we missed a pizza cutter for instance) and a LOT of light comes in the morning—no blackout shades. Overall though it was amazing and we will book again!! Thanks!!

The experience was fantastic. We brought our toddler and a grandparent, and it was spacious for everyone. When we complained about the air mattress, the management immediately mailed a new one to us on that day. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is also great. Strongly recommend!

Excellent location for seeing DC museums. Also a couple blocks from Metro, so we easily took it to/from DCA. Good kitchen but we ate in restaurants because there is no grocery store nearby. (People who live in this building arrange to have groceries delivered.) Beautiful outdoor patio/park on roof. Also pool and whirlpool which wasn’t very hot but still felt good after a day of walking. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for walking to all DC has to offer. Several restaurants in the area. Building was very safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They offer free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby which was great. There was an in unit laundry with soap provided. I would definitely stay again. Pelican residence staff communication was quick to respond and answer all questions.

Very convenient to the National Mall and museums. Just a block from the Archives museum and metro stop. Clean. Great view of the city and a couple of blocks from Capital One Arena.

The apartment is in a residential apartment building and within easy walking distance to many of the DC monuments & museums. The apartment was very nice, fully-furnished (complete w/a washer/dryer), with a corner view of the intersection below. Parking was available below the building (a big plus!). We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment & would definitely stay there again. The communication was excellent both before and during. The leather futons were fine for my young teens but might not work for others. The interior felt new and was high-end & we loved the washer/dryer. There were elevators/lobbies on opposite sides of the building, so a bit quirky until you figure out which to use. I think there are rooms in multiple buildings so the facility pictures and descriptions are hit or miss. The indoor pool shown was ours, but most/all of the other amenities were elsewhere, and I didn't see our exact room pictured. For awareness... The garage entry/exit gate was tight & hard to maneuver. Our minivan was tough & I saw larger vehicles, but beware. The smart TVs only have Netflix provided, so you need to log into our own services if you want more. The hot tub had yellow water, so obviously we steered clear.

We stayed for three nights The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable which led to a good nights sleep. The surrounding apartments were very quiet and any local residents we met were very nice. The caretakers of the apartment were in touch every step of the way through the rentsl. The parking garage is nice and clean. The apartment is in the middle of restaurant row with a lot of options for eating. If i ever go back to DC, I will definitely stay here again.
